News Watch began in 1990 with a focus on financial topics. Now, topics range from technology to travel. The company is owned by Bridge Communications, a company with the ability to produce and distribute videos. This has enabled News Watch to reach out to companies who would like to share their new products or product lines to a large audience.
Contour Design has used News Watch’s video marketing skills to launch its signature Roller Mouse Red, and the updated version called Free 3. The product is designed to improve on the already commonly used computer work space. Roller Mouse Red, with the Balance Keyboard, has a large roller bar that allows users a digital left click. This technology was designed to lessen the amount of reaching and unnecessary movement normally done while working. Free 3, with the Balance Keyboard, replaces roller mouse red with roll mouse free. This enables the work area to be completely wireless. The Balance Keyboard has adjustable legs that allow the user to find the most comfortable angle to type. It has no on or off button, making it completely wireless.
Through News Watch, Contour Design’s had the ability to introduce its product to more than 700 million people. Contour Design’s Product Marketing Manager, Bret Hudson stated that the company experienced an increase in sales after having a video produced by News Watch.
