Nj Ayuk is a lawyer, businessman, and writer from Cameroon. Ayuk is the founder and CEO of the Pan-African Corporate Law firm Centurion Law Group. Additionally, Nj Ayuk provides free legal counsel to people in Cameroon, Africa.

  1. About NJ Ayuk

NJ Ayuk graduated from the University of Yaoundé in Cameroon with a law degree. During his studies, he first gained an interest in public administration. His goal was to do public service, leading him to enter a political career. He joined the Cameroonian Constitution and participated as a delegate of Cameroon at various conferences on constitutional issues. Ayuk decided to go into business as a private entrepreneur and started by founding an IT company called Creotec Solutions and then became successful as an entrepreneur.

Nj Ayuk founded the Centurion Law Group in 2006. This company is dedicated to providing legal assistance and advice to entrepreneurs in Africa and abroad. The Centurion Law Group has several clients, both domestic and foreign. They have also opened offices outside Cameroon in Accra, as well as in South Africa. The company is based on Nj Ayuk’s belief that “entrepreneurs are the real engine of economic development.” He considers himself a legal expert for entrepreneurs who want to succeed in world markets. He provides business law consultation for small and large-scale businesses.

Ayuk is involved in several charity ventures. He believes that good governance is the best mechanism to lift people out of poverty and that “good governance needs to be accompanied by good laws that encourage entrepreneurs, create good business environments, and allow businesses to grow.” He has worked with several international organizations, including the European Union Delegation, the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, and Harvard University’s Berkman Center For Internet and Society.

Ayuk was awarded the Future Leadership Award in the category of impact and innovation. In 2012, he was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the sub-Saharan Africa region. In 2011, he was named one of Africa’s Top 40 Under 40 by the African Youth Awards Foundation. He also won U.S IT Awards for Best Mobile Application in 2011 and 2012. Ayuk is also a member of several professional bodies, including the International Bar Association, the Knights of the Round Table, and the Royal Institute of Management. In 2015, Nj Ayuk was appointed the 2015 Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
